The Georgian Harmony, by Raymond C. Hamrick, is a collection of hymns and fuging tunes in the shape-note tradition.
The Georgian Harmony was debuted in hardback on September 4, 2010, with a singing a Liberty Hill church in Barnesville, Georgia. The singing class voted to make that an annual all-day Georgian Harmony singing, held on the Saturday before the first Sunday in September. With the 2012 singing came the debut of the second edition of the Georgian Harmony, featuring over 100 pages of additional music.
Now in its second edition, the Georgian Harmony can be purchased for $25 plus $5 for shipping.
